Via The Atlantic, here’s a map from the Tax Policy Center visualizing the “47 percent” Mitt Romney mentions in the leaked video that doesn’t pay federal income taxes. Though Romney asserts in the video that this 47 percent will never vote for him, those who don’t pay income taxes are distributed among many red states.
